Several options are available to reach the Workshop venue, i.e., Politecnico di Torino Lingotto, located in Via Nizza close to the Eight Gallery mall.
From Torino Caselle Airport
You can reach the Workshop Venue (Politecnico Lingotto) from the Caselle airport using the public transport in two ways.
Train + Underground
Approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, one train each 30 minutes.
Cost: 5.70 Eu (3.70 Eu for the train ticket, 2 Eu for the underground)
From the Torino Airport Caselle railway station take a train for the city center. The airport station is located opposite the Arrivals area of the terminal. The final destination of the train will be either Fossano or Alba (line SFM 4 or 7). Stop at the Porta Susa railway station and take the metro. The closest underground station ar “Porta Susa” or “XVIII Dicembre”. Take the underground to Bengasi and stop to the “Lingotto” metro station. The venue is 5 minutes walk.
Arriva Bus + Underground
Approximately 1 hour, one bus each 15/30 minutes.
Cost: 9.50 Eu (7.50 Eu for the bus ticket, 2 Eu for the underground)
From the Torino Airport Caselle take the Arriva bus for the city center (either 9-stop or 3-stop-express runs). You will reach Piazza Carlo Felice, which is located just in front of the Porta Nuova railway station. Take the underground to Bengasi from “Porta Nuova” and stop to the “Lingotto” metro station. The venue is 5 minutes walk.
From city center
The Workshop Venue is well connected to the city center of Torino through the underground (M1 line), with run every 3/5 minutes. From the Politecnico di Torino main campus (corso Duca degli aBruzzi 24), the closest metro station is “Vinzaglio”, which is in between Porta Susa and Porta Nuova.
