General info
- Registration fees are to be paid in Euros (€) by bank transfer, credit card or invoice.
- Please note the respective registration fees shall be valid if submitted and fully paid by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later than the early deadline registration, the respective next higher fee shall be due.
- Your registration is effective upon the receipt of full payment of the registration fee by us, i.e. only those participants having fully paid their registration fees will be entitled to attend the workshop.
- Each accepted paper will be included in the workshop proceedings and it will appear in the IEEE Xplore only if at least one author is registered.
- The workshop registration fee includes
- Access to all tutorials, technical sessions and exhibition (*)
- The Workshop kit
- All lunches and coffee breaks (*)
- Certificate of presentation or attendance
- Social dinner for regular participants (not for student registrations or one day tickets)
- Social tour for regular registration (not for student registrations or one day tickets)
- Publication of one paper for regular and student fee.
- Registrations for EMC COMPO will open from June 18th, 2024 on.
(*) For one day ticket, they are limited to the selected day.
Registration instructions
- Before registering to the EMC COMPO 2024 event, you need complete your account registration within the e-commerce platform of the Workshop Secretary at https://e-commerce.symposium.it/web/en/login.
- The registration portal can be then accessed from the following link: https://e-commerce.symposium.it/web/en/events/list
- From the event list please select “EMC COMPO 2024” and complete the Registration Form with all the required information.
- If you are a presenting author, please include the ID of the paper, i.e., 10 digits following the # character in the Abstract ID field.

(**) You are eligible for the student fee if you are a student (Bachelor, Master or PhD) within the academic year 2023-2024. A certificate of enrollment or a letter signed by your supervisor needs to be provided by e-mail to both info.emccompo24@polito.it and info@symposium.it to confirm your registration.

Cancellation policy
- Until 15 August, 2024: the registration fee will be refundable, with the exception of a € 50 handling fee.
- From 16 August, 2024 onwards: no refunds will be made.
- No refunds will be granted to non-attendees.
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, the bank account number used during your transaction and/or the transaction number.
